Terms governing access to the SocialSafe website, waitlist, and services.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SocialSafe, Inc. ("SocialSafe," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to https://socialsafe.cloud and all related websites, waitlists, applications, software, features, content, and services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SocialSafe is designed to help users connect supported services, save or organize selected social-media content, build a personal library, and access related creator and rights-management features. Features may change, remain in testing, be limited by platform permissions, or be unavailable in some locations.
SocialSafe is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms may change or revoke access, remove content, impose limits, or modify their terms at any time.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize SocialSafe to access and process information within the permissions you approve and solely to provide the requested functionality. You represent that you are authorized to connect the account and direct the requested activity. You may disconnect a service through available controls.
You retain ownership of content you own. You grant SocialSafe a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transcode, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services, comply with your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and security retention.
You represent and warrant that:
You may not use the Services to:
The Services, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by SocialSafe, are owned by SocialSafe or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
SocialSafe, the SocialSafe logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of SocialSafe or its affiliates. Do not use them without prior written permission.
SocialSafe respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Instructions are provided in the SocialSafe DMCA Policy. Notices should be sent to [email protected].
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant SocialSafe a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
Pre-release, beta, or early-access features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or be discontinued. Do not rely on them for archival, emergency, legal, or other critical purposes. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important content.
If paid features are offered, prices, renewal terms, taxes, refund rules, and any additional terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize applicable charges through the selected payment method. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or stated otherwise.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay amounts due, or if necessary to protect users, rights holders, SocialSafe, or the public. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialSafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county where SocialSafe maintains its principal office, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the DMCA Policy, and any additional terms presented for a feature are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction or by operation of law.
